These Terms of Service govern communications with and services provided by Cornerstone Auto Detailing.

Services and Quotes

Cornerstone Auto Detailing provides automotive detailing services. Quotes may be based on information and photographs provided by the customer. Pricing may change if the vehicle's actual size, condition, requested services, or required labor differs materially from the information originally provided. Any additional work or charges will be communicated before that additional work is performed.

Appointments and Deposits

An inquiry or quote request does not by itself guarantee an appointment. An appointment is considered confirmed once applicable booking requirements are completed, including quote approval and any required deposit. Deposits are applied toward the final service balance.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Weather, unsafe working conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may require a mobile appointment to be rescheduled.

Vehicle Condition and Results

Customers should disclose known areas of concern and remove valuables and personal belongings before service. While Cornerstone Auto Detailing strives to achieve high-quality results, complete removal of stains, odors, pet hair, contamination, or other defects cannot be guaranteed.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion unless another arrangement has been agreed upon. Cornerstone Auto Detailing does not accept mailed checks or overpayment arrangements requiring money to be returned or forwarded to another person.

Cornerstone Auto Detailing SMS Messaging Program

Customers who opt in may receive SMS messages from Cornerstone Auto Detailing concerning quote requests, appointments, scheduling, reminders, service updates, invoices, customer support, and, where separately consented to, marketing communications.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and services. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP at any time. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages covered by that opt-out unless you subsequently opt in again.
